We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, available sizes and colors. Colors may differ slightly by screen. Product information and availability may change. Please review the relevant product page and size information before ordering. Pre-order items may have a separate delivery or dispatch estimate stated on their product page.

Orders and pricing

The order summary and checkout show the applicable product price, delivery fees and available payment methods before purchase. Orders may require verification and are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. In the event of a clear error or unavailability, CLOZS will contact you about suitable options or a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Inspection, returns, exchanges and refunds

You may inspect your parcel upon delivery where the carrier's procedure allows. Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection law, including rights generally covering 14 days for eligible returns or exchanges and 30 days for defective or nonconforming products.

Please do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Brand names, images and text on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
